Hello everyone... it has been a great day in terms of explorations and purchases... read on...
The day started with Daddy and son's morning walk...
They discovered a small swimming pool right next to the Rhine river; meant only for children (so sweet)... and Ashvat watches a fat little birdie...
Ashvat: "Time for my breakfast"...
Ashvat: "and no I refuse to sit down"...
Today being a Saturday was the flea market day at Peterplatz...so the party got ready and left for the market...
A Swiss man sketching his own house, sitting with his feet in the pond opposite the house...
As we moved on the weather played spoil sport and it started raining, so we took shelter at a roadside cafe...
Where as mumma, papa took a break, Ashvat made some friends...
Thankfully the rain stopped and we headed towards the market...but because of the rain the market had already wrapped up...
But there were some small stalls winding up and still willing to sell...and see what we got...
Hmmm...I can already see someone drooling.... :-)
And someone is not bothered...
Ashvat: "how do they open these things?"...
We leave the market and instead of taking the usual road back, we take a detour...
It was such a delight..discovered another lane with such cute design shops...
Bought this alphabet for Ashvat from this brilliant, brilliant toy shop...
Time for Ashvat's late afternoon meal...
Amazing light as we head back home...
and here comes the rainbow :-)...
yay!! we are back home!!
ooh...who is that calling?? Dadu, dadi??
Time for some dinner... today is the fridge clearance day...so sandwhiches out of everything found in the fridge...

love all the goodies u bought. so lovely they all are. i think flea markets are just such lovely little treasure chests on their own.
we are planning to go to sadar bazaar next week, so that can be our little treasure hunt.
